Immediate, home-based position available for *experienced* professional with prior business-to-business INSIDE sales experience!! Experience in the INDUSTRIAL, PHARMACEUTICAL, OR FOOD SERVICE sector working with numerous distributors is a huge advantage. This is a permanent position! Ideal candidates are self-motivated, exceptional rapport-builders with the tenacity to strike a business relationship into continuity. The telesales professional will be assigned a regional territory for their client. Work hours for qualified candidates are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Basic responsibilities will be to build business relationships via the telephone utilizing sales skills and strong customer service practices. Accurate product knowledge (training provided), and an outstanding phone presence are additional keys to success. Possession of a professional home office is an advantage, but the client will provide all necessary equipment to fulfill the responsibilities of the role: computer, high speed internet access, phone line for your home office, etc.

Successful candidates should have:
 

• Previous business-to-business sales experience (telephone or field sales)
   
• Strong communication and organizational skills
   
• Consultative selling skills
   
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
   
• Required to attend periodic sales meetings in the Philadelphia area
  
  Company is offering a base hourly rate plus a monthly personal performance incentive plan, and annual company performance bonus.
